Purely technical. If everyone wants to short it, that means we'll get some dumb money in early, then take them all out on rallies. Reaching up to the point of control, more longer term shorts will puke and then the real money will come in to move to the downside while more buyers enter on the weak rally with asks absorbing the bids.
