H+S on EWC (Canada)

Canada's has a commodity based economy, hence why EWC has been performing bad lately. We can clearly see a head and shoulder forming . DBC , the commodity index ETF just broke its uptrend support ( see below) . EWC may follow in the upcoming weeks.
