With the monetary policy unclear on the US side, uncertainty is back regarding the uplift of the interest rates. And this is visible in the US Dollar Index basket, where during the last weeks the Euro, the Cable, and the Yen moved with reduced volatility by inertia to the different attractors (areas where the price tends to move). At this moment the EURUSD reached the 1st attractor area from 1.1705 to 1.1470 for the long-term cycles (the overall trend is bearish in our dashboard) and the 3 corrective waves decline can come to an end. The Divergency Cloud indicator is showing only the bullish sequences with green within this structure, highlighting a potential lack of bearish appetite and no intention to go short. Since 2016 this indicator is calling correctly the long and short opportunities (green and red triangles).
