There is lot of things happening which are pleasing to the eye. 1. Large AB=CD (Harmonics) shows a measured move from A to B and from C to D. Exactly. Quickest and easy way of measuring this is by drawing a trend line from A to B and then copy it to measure from C to D. Easy. 2. The small AB=CD, note, I am still waiting on D to be completed at buy area, is a splitting image (FRACTAL) of the large AB=CD. 3 Head & Shoulder pattern - again measure from top of head to neckline and then from top of right shoulder to target, just like I mentioned above. 4. Support and Resistance - looking to the left, just above where marked. as sponsor, you will see resistance. This is where price finds it difficult to break. I know right, who doesn't know how to identify a resistance. Sorry guys, woke up today and feeling like a bloody genius which must be because I got some good sleep/ energy during the night. If you check my charts I am not one to comment too much. Anyways, 5. Sponsor - A sponsored area is the last point of demand that breaks a resistance. Normally this is a valid area or zone of interest. So I am expecting price to re test this zone and bounce. One last thing, this is something I paid money to hear, I am offering it to you for free, I attended a course on trading, 2 day course, and the guy said he use to sell paper trade in the 70's on the stock market floor in NY. So long story short, it took him a while to to buy and sell the orders physically and he would only earn bonus if the stock/ shares were sold or bought in a certain price range, so he would fill some orders at the given price and then wait until the price came down or up to the price and then buy/ sell more. It could take days or weeks to do and He wouldn't sell or buy at any other price unless the client requested it. Obviously we are well more advanced now than back then and orders are filled much quicker by computers or AI now, however the logics of supply and demand remains the same. Institutional investor will buy and sell at the price which they consider to offers the best value. We must touch on volume another time. Peace.
