ETHEREUM - Will we Need to Go Short Again? (or not?)

Higher 60%- Lower 40% I would say.

Ethereum was a great way to hedge our exposure in Crypto right before the 5,000$ mark.

Yes, everything will depend on Bitcoin (and the stock markets) but every chart we examine it on it's own.

One thing is for sure: Next week will be time for Ethereum to dictate where this market goes next! Maybe even more than Bitcoin.

As the leading ALT coin, Ethereum is important in this market.

Why do we tend to go short on Ethereum as a hedging mechanism? (while we are long on other altcoins and BTC)

Simply because Bitcoin is One and only. Undisputed in it's category.

Whereas Ethereum has serious Competitors in it's category. Solana, Cardano and a growing number of more.

ps. Close to 5,000$ some were taking bets about 'when will Ethereum surpass Bitcoin'... I think this will never happen but I could be wrong!
