This is a very new project, having recently been added to Bitfinex, as the fastest coin to have done so, helped push the price up on the 24th of January.
It is difficult to make an informed assessment of the price action with the coin being so young, however, if you are looking to invest in the project then now might be a good time. It is less than a month old, the mainnet is due to be released in May 2018 and they have an interesting project with a very active marketing campaign.
As for the technical analysis, it appears to be on an upward trend in a rising wedge patter. Recently trading has occurred in a narrow range, it looks like the coin is consolidating since it was added to Bitfinex on the 24th of January, allowing the EMA to catch up with the price.
The MACD looks like it could be about to make a "golden cross" and the RSI is neutral. It could break out to the upside and make a new all time high, however, the trend line doesn't touch many data points. Time will tell but it is probably worth keeping an eye on,
