DXY: HEAD & SHOULDERS pattern

NOT calling THE BOTTOM yet, but after 7-swings lower we could see a neckline form as we go UP and then DOWN the right shoulder.
Tagged LONG for the reversal up the shoulder. but I remain bearish long-term.
