Here is DXY and what we should be looking at for the upcoming week and end of the month.
We have currently broken out of the range (red lines) and are trading above the highs.
IF we hold and continue on pushing higher from here expect indices, crypto, stocks and other assets to trade lower (higher DXY = lower assets)
IF we fail to hold and close back within the range we should revisit the mid range and eventually the sellside liquidity resting at the lows of the range. You should then expect indices, crypto, stocks and other assets to trade higher (lower DXY = higher assets)
