DXY hitting support, BTC Bullish

Dxy formed head and shoulders and is hitting at heavy support level forming a bear flag (15m), I see dxy falling heavily down which will push BTC price (against USD) up.

Next Support for DXY at 90.130, if it keeps falling down we can see btc price at 13K today

PayPall officialy adds bitcoin to it's platform.
Looking on Tradinglite there are almost no sellorders untill 13000USD on Coinbase.
Looking forward seeing DXY fall down even more after bouncing of 92.470 on 15Min.
