DXY has been moving inside the range from some time now. If the breaks to the upside 97.96 only then the range will be broken to continue to the upside. If it breaks below 96.54 we'll consider it having a bearish break. Till any of that happens, we'll consider DXY as a neutral and trade other currency pairs at theit own merits.
