1501 DXY: couldnt pass 96 , targeting south for 94

DXY has some trouble to retest 96 or higher position.
Its still under the big blue bear bowl and the samll red bear bowl after the broken channel.
ABC wave is about to send it down to 94 in the first quarter of 2019.
