Dogecoin 2 possibilities

There are 2 possibilities that could happen for dogecoin. It all depends on the fundamental at this stage,

Right now even after bitcoins dip, the price keep being bounced back at 0.4 dollars. It even touched 200 MA. But at this stage all the technical analysis won't help, it relies more on the fundamentals now, whether dogefather is going to support the coin anymore or not.

If I would have to consider this coin is bullish, I will first need it to fulfill one of the requirements that is price closing above 0.6 level on 4 hourly time frame.
