Dow Jones index is currently moving at the high price of $26,085.44. It is showing a strong buy at the cross break on a moving average at $23,592.72 level since January 14 and continues in a good momentum up to present with EMA50 moving below EMA20.
Basic Materials, Technology and Industrials sectors boost US stocks at NYSE. Dow Jones Industrial Average DowDuPoint Inc rose by 2.02 percent ending at 56.08, Caterpillar Inc. added 2.73 points closing at 141.41, and Cisco Systems Inc. gained 1.36 percent or 0.68 points, standing at 50.79 in late trade.
Meanwhile, S&P 500 index and NASDAQ Composite Index contributed 0.12 percent and 0.36 percent increase to the rising US stocks.
