We saw a large drop on Dow friday into close, is this the doom bearer of what is coming? So many are talking recession, but what can we expect. Dow closed just around strong support, and it will be very interesting to see where it opens, there are still an intact uptrend, which supports both moves higher and lower. Here I am trying to illustrate the most likely moves from where we closed. Beware, do your own DD and make good trades from there.If you're already short it may be a time to take some profit and step aside to see where we go. Dax went the opposite route of Dow at the same time, which is VERY uncommen, when the discrepancy is a huge as it is looking both at daily, hourly and minute charts. Therefore I can't use one to support further moves on the other. Everyone seems confused and some times it's better to see which way the train is moving, before jumping on board ;)
