When my indicators (and yours) don't make sense, not because I want them to or not, the fantasy becomes reality or real, is the definition of artificial market manipulation to the nth degree. To traders with a longer view, and a conscience, and a respect for the system we have ( had), making money without guilt is difficult, but as traders we do it anyway, or at least try to and not let our emotions or feelings get in the way. But we are talking about the downfall of the greatest system on earth, ever folks. And apparently, when it comes to political power and the attaining of it, there are no rules, and whatever it takes means just that, even if it means destroying the economic system to get it, indirectly or (conspiracy theory alert) directly. Corporations are no fools, shareholders want profit, at all costs, whatever it takes. When the economic climate causes ad pushes and demands people to do things that are non traditional, untried, eventually some of those efforts become "wrong doings" (i.e. wells fargo and perhaps other things in other banks we have not heard of yet) and fail miserably, after the fact. So this is a mess that IMO can only end in failure of the old, and creation of a new system. It will take a "big event" to pursuade the "folks" to accept it. Or, if a slow event, the time frame for the "change period" will become annoying and someone will do something just for the sake of certainty. Because we all know markets do NOT like uncertainty (which is what we have now, but price is not reacting as it should). Market has to reset when that happens, because the one constant is, it doesn't like the unknown, until it is known. Careful trading all.
