Today, I am not going to call any particular market direction. Instead, I will outline what I see as the market possibilities moving forward based on my millennial and centennial analysis of human social economic conditions.
In the first scenario, the market could continue rising in an insane blow off top bubble as shown.
In the second scenario, we may continue seeing wild swings every 6 months or so for the next few years.
In the final scenario(s), we could be about to see a market reset the likes not seen since the the South Sea Bubble or the Great Depression.
The purple channel lines shown are extremely significant as the market has been riding between these two lines for the last century.
My theory is based on elliott wave, p/c sentiment, volatility analysis, Gann's astrological market timing dates and saeculum historical analysis. Today marks an astrological event of millennial importance. We have not observed anything like it since around the birth of Christ. (Look up Jupiter Saturn retrograde if you like.)
Despite the year's of research I have put in, most of my short term bearish market calls have been wrong this year, except for the crash in March, so please use this information with a grain of salt.
Finally, with respect to positioning, I am splitting bidirectional this time, betting on all three possibilities.
