A few hours till DBK earnings release.
Their quaterly results are available and are bad.

Let's see how this goes...

DBK has a little more derivatives exposure than JPM (the biggest US one) and more than Lehman Brothers had inflation adjusted. 49 trillion.

It has been collapsing before our eyes for the past years and more even recently.

Could be pretty interesting.

Keep your eyes open.

Economists expect the FED to cut rates for the first time this month in a decade.

I expect them to raise them afterwards, then cut them once the stock market goes down, and repeat this as long as they can. And act all mysterious and give conflicting signals all along.

Stock market bulls are pretty stupid, so this can last a little longer, but it won't save the economy. Will just smooth the bear market.

I guess if this is what the FED does then they are doing good.
Well good for the sake of no biblical crash. Boooooring.
Where's my death and destruction?

For long term investing the plan stays the same regardless of what happens and how it happens, wait for companies to be cheap before doing anything.
