NIFTY CPSE Index at all time high (ATH) zone

Nifty CPSE Index is trading near its all-time high (ATH) zone of 2800. The index has touched 2800 zone multiple times in the last 8 years since 2014. The index hit 2800 zone in Sep'22 and has retraced from the highs.
Will it break this decisive resistance zone this time and reach to new highs this time?
