This chart shows the death rate from the Coronavirus per 1,000,000 people. This compares different countries with different population sizes on an apples to apples basis. The high rates of death are higher in densely populated countries. As bad as our death rate is in the US, it appears to be worse in the European nations. Different countries are in different areas on the curve, so these rates may change.
