CLOAK Getting Ready

$BITTREX:CLOAKBTC is starting to look ready to rally once more. It seems to have found it bottom in the downtrend, unable to create a lower low, and is oversold at the moment. There is also congestion of multiple moving averages happening at the moment which suggest a strong move inbound. Since it appears that sellers are unable to break the support I think its safe to assume CLOAK is ready to reverse. Ultimately this move may heavily be dependent on what BTC does next...
