I am sharing my current technical outlook for Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH). My analysis, which incorporates price action, key levels, and multiple technical indicators, points towards a period of significant volatility ahead. My primary expectation is a distinct three-phase price action sequence:
Phase 1: Initial Corrective Pullback: I anticipate a minor corrective move or consolidation in the immediate short term. This could serve as a final test of support or a liquidity grab before the next major leg up.
Phase 2: Sharp Impulsive Rally: Following the completion of this dip, I am forecasting a very strong and aggressive bullish rally. This upward move is expected to be rapid, breaking through several resistance levels.
Phase 3: Major Reversal and Sell-off: The peak of this rally is likely to be met with significant distribution, leading to a subsequent sharp reversal. I am preparing for a steep decline that could retrace a substantial portion of the prior rally.
