The purple downtrend was broken, but it continued to decline as it could not go above the 52000.The current downtrend is shown in orange. The least risky place to buy could be after this orange trend break. But some buy can be made between 40-42 which I see as a horizontal resistance. If it continues to go down from 39600, it should be stopped. Another reason to buy is seen as the fear index. The fact that the fear index reaches historical lows shows data that it is the right time to buy.
