Bitcoin ready to try another breakout after an inverted H&S

Update on a previous idea that I started drawing yesterday (moved the fib lines closer on a smaller time frame)
Broke resistance on 16400, might go for ATH before CME on Sunday (probably best to reduce positions on alts)
