BTC chart doesn't really look good in the short term. as you can see the 1 hr chart is forced down despite the oversold and that is a diminishing force from higher timeframes. so actually, this analysis you are reading right now, is not 100% applicable.
you have to focus on higher timeframes like 4hr or daily. buy there are yet scenarios you can keep in mind for 1 hr. that blue line, is an old line. if BTC breaks it, you should exit, looking for a great selling volume (to buy, against the public)
