Until they are finished either adjust vola to a long/short portfolio to have one minor short and one major long running to then add on profits made from this short to long or risk not more than 500€.

The longer we stay in a range the more traders get in, essentially the bigger the reaction will be - it is the equivalent of suppressing a garden hose - the longer you press on it the bigger the reaction will be. The "reaction" has to be adjusted to vola, and the paper to that is being finished.
