BTC a move towards 30000$ inevitable

A big move is expected as we failed to deliver the structure for both bull\bear.
it could be a move towards downwards we keep manipulating the highs a lot
and have some liquidity down there cuz of the support (hl...)
and 4hr ic on 33000, 30300$.
