you can see in my chart that maybe we are in 4th wave
and we can grow till 50% retracement level (or maybe 38.2 or 61.8)
and after that we can fall.
also we can see the RSI trendline breaked up and it can be the buy signal.
we see a divergence between RSI and price that i show it in my chart with
orange circles.
we see the stoch momentum in oversold area.

the 4th wave cant go upper from fibo 38.2% and start to dump...
now we are in 5th wave of wave C.
best levels to support and end of wave 5 of C is 21200 - 23500 level
where:
1)we have a strong support level
2)compression of buy orders in these levels
3)fibonacci levels overlap:141.4% - 200% - 161.8%
now we are in 5th wave of wave C.

also my idea that we are in 4th wave is live.
but if you go long now its time to risk free your trade(trail your stop to your buy price).
if we can close some candles above 31000 resistance i will be update the analyze.
