In the past week there was a series of apocalyptic news for Bitcoin, First the kucoin hack, than the FBI Bitmex party and the final cherry on the pie Donald got Covid and the Stock markets crashed. With all this happening this last week, BTC is still + 10500 and is holding strong.
The reason behind this is in my opinion that Bitmex was a toxic bad actor in crypto and it will do Bitcoin and crypto a lot of good, if this bad actor is removed or if Bitmex turns into a ghost town, that would be great for crypto to.
I believe Bitmex is losing strength, people are finally losing faith in this shady exchange, I have warned people for years, it cant keep going like its going. I appreciate what the FBI did, but the timing was nasty.
