Bitcoin dumped, bears took a little break, consolidation, then trend continuation.
Maybe it will bounce a bit right now, as people get baited as usual. But going higher than 5000 is very unlikely. Even 4500 is meh nah.
People are starting to realise they got scammed by an obvious ponzi.
Did a child say "the emperor is naked?", once a child says the obvious it propagates like fire.

The us stock market went up and that doesn't stop this ponzi from going down.

Bitcoin is hanging on 3400$ (3400!) by its little pinky. It was "impossible that 6000$ breaks" just a couple of weeks ago LOL.

Will get interested when we panic flash dump below 2000$. Can happen pretty fast so brace yourselves. Be ready.

* Using Kraken? Have orders ready much lower in case of a flash crash (like $1000 $500 $100 etc).

EOS has the potential to be the next big platform. With a market cap similar to ETH 100 billion us dollar considering the number of coins, ooh wait.
Bitshares is totally not an obvious scam. Looks awesome and its name is not intentionally misleading at all. They are working on some really cool revolutionary tech and have an all new concept ... Oooh wait.

It's ok thought, the bottom is soon going to get hit. No joke.
Just like petsfood.com bottom got hit quickly in 2000 just like 90% of IPO's ;)

There is a brainlet that somehow got his hands on more money that he should ever be allowed to handle, probably a hedge fund marketter that convinced ignorant people to let him manage their money, he went long 8 MM on ETH, and then kept adding to his loser to push liquidation price down (hahaha). He is 1$ away now ;)

Actually there are many accounts like this, but cannot bother checking.
Just brace yourselves for the rekt bots to spam us with messages of large liquidations.

It is going to be so violent. There's probably billions of dollars ready to sell, bagH0DLers that will "never sell" really think a bunch of them with $2500 portfolios are going to stop this? Funny.

Actually made a bullish ascending triangle.

I am not short because I prefer to focus on my one and only strategy of counter trading and I can't be bothered waiting 2 months if tether gets printed to pump the price to save it from falling below 3K plus I already have enough exposure as is I went long on a german company yesterday.

But If Bitcoin goes to $1500 ish, I think it should bounce and I will long here. Will update when I do.

Now that crypto made new lows I am hyped and I do not want to wait :(

As for the whole marketcap it is down 50% from 30 days ago once again, and it is retesting/losing this trendline again.
Maybe large bagholders are waiting for the daily candle to close? Or weekly? What?

Once whatever they look at closes, or if we fall too hard next hours, then I think flash crash 50% once again.

Bitcoin is taking the stairs down.
I do not think I saw something like this before.

I saw some diagonal declines, such as here:

But those look very different, not like regular stairs.

If anyone has an example I am interested.

So by now Bitcoin made 2 innovations:

- The staircase

All I can make are educated guesses.
With Barts, Whales are playing regularly while the price is flat.
With stairs, Whales are playing while the price is going down diagonally as happens so often.

Big news. This would deserve another idea but I already made 2 for crypto this Friday.

Bitcoin just had it worse than 2013. This is it. A decline similar to 2013 has been reached.

Falling below $2600 would make it worse than 2015 (2014).

Falling below $1250 would make it worse than 2011, and worse ever.

Countrend trading is like cannon ball catching.
You put your cool gloves on.
Someone 2 meters away throws a cannon ball at you you catch it. This is good countertrend trading.

Here going long is comparable to try catching a cannon ball fired by Schwerer Gustav. Sure there is a tiny chance it is defective and missfires and the cannon ball will just drop slowly off it. But only a complete moron would even try.

Would you try catching a full speed cannon ball?

Monday is going to be a BLOODBATH.

Not going to short it. Haven't backtested this particular thing enough (I'm pretty sure it's more than 2/3 likely to go straight down), and got my hands full with FX & stocks already.

Anyone married to crypto, it's probably a good idea to short BTC hard now.
Do you own research, as I said, did not fully backtest this but I think it's AT LEAST 66% sure.

During my backtesting I have seen similar looking things so often. Seems to be pretty recurrent. Fits the cattle emotions. I should name this pattern. Mr Renev trend continuation.
