BTCUSD has already made higher low before and now it touches to the lowest trend line for the 3rd time after December bearish movement. Most likely it will keep increasing slowly before the next big bull run. it may touch couple times more to this line in the future. But if it fails and falls below the long term rising trend line, then we will see a very big bearish movement.
