BTC: Potential SOS in Phase E at 38980 to 46060 Price Range

Hi Everyone! If we do not have a Black Swan event, we will see a transition from Phase D into Phase E with a Sign of Strength event.

The entire Near Term Group of time frames (12h, 24h, 2D, 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D and 1W) look very bullish at present. Even the entire Mid Term Group (4D, 8D, 9D, 10D, 11D, 12D, 13D and 2W) look like we have decent potential for the price to run up significantly to proximity of $40,000 +/-
