let me know your thoughts. its going to be a big move either way. if interest rates are lowered tomorrow i believe we rally upward.. otherwise i think we will see some sort of downward action. total formation is not broken until we break 9800 or 9400 area to be safe. or safu lol.. as far as the upside goes I don't believe we are in the clear until we break the previous high of 12k area.. breaking the trend line will be nice but just be prepared for a fake out. because this next trade is so obvious we will most likely see some fishy price action. good luck my friends i hope you all become rich. just remember to be prepared for a move either way. there is money to be made on both sides..
