Break Out Either Long or Short - Hedge Your Positions

The long downwards trend over the past few months.. seems to be consolidating between the support and resistance of $210 and $290 USD...

Either the Market is going to keep Trending Down to Breakout past the $200 level or do a break out above the $300 resistance level to a possible long term retracement..
