It looks like BTC is performing a similar step down pattern as played out last week based upon indicator behavior. I would expect BTC to move down to the 8-8100 area before the step down is finished as I don't think it will break down through 8k by mid week just yet.

It looks like things played out as expected so far. I'm basing these assumptions on an indicator which has shown very readable patterns in terms of pumps and dumps on BTC. The only previous time this pattern was observed was the last step down move a few weeks ago. I will update when the pattern settles which I'd assume will be around the 79-8000 mark unless this support suddenly breaks.
