OTC Reverse Merger play being run by the same group that did KAVL and NXMH (both went from sub pennies to dollars)

• TA wise bounced off the .618 last week
  
• Recently Pink Current and waiting on next 10q and 8k for merge in announcement and debt consolidation - otcmarkets.com/stock/BSPI/overview
• Next move will be .5 - .8 at a minimum
