Bitcoin's Accumulation Process. Too early or wait for Halvings?

On previous studies we have identified Bitcoin's Reward Phases and Cycles (https://www.tradingview.com/chart/BTCUSD/vfdOFb2m-Bitcoin-Roadmap-to-the-next-Halving-Reward-phases-and-cycles/), calling the bottom upon entering a long term and frustrating Despair Period (https://www.tradingview.com/chart/BTCUSD/aZpLOUNK-Has-Bitcoin-entered-the-Despair-stage).

This Despair Phase we are in, where BTC investors begin to lose faith on their holdings, is when it is best to start accumulating. Some would argue that we should wait for the Halvings. Although this is a valid argument, being historically safer to enter on the Halvings, as they signal the start of the new Bull Market, there have been some earlier indicators during Bitcoin's lifespan that signal the start of the Accumulation/ Distribution phase.

Early accumulation starts when on a Monthly basis:


RSI hits 44.0000/ 45.000.

STOCH hits 9.000.

Williams%R hits -90.0000.

Ultimate Oscillator hits 35.000



At the moment all those indicators match the low signals and technically on a long term (monthly) basis, investors can start accumulating Bitcoins, before we reach the next (3rd) Halving.
