I believe that Bitcoin has closed on a very bullish on a HTF weekly candle. As you can see in the chart closing above both the MA indicators has only occured in bullish cycles except for a few weeks in 2016. Therefore, I believe that as long as Bitcoin can close above 8250 on a weekly time frame the bottom is in and we are do for another bullish markup throughout the course of the year.
