BANKNIFTY has closed absolutely flat today. An inside candle has been formed in daily TF. It has just consolidated in today's trading session. Main momentum will come above the high or below the low of mother candle i.e above 37150 and below 35900.
We will use the range breakout strategy for tomorrow's trade setup. Above 35420 we will long for the target of 36700 and 37000.
Below 36100 our short trade will be triggered for the target of 35950. Below 35900 major move will come. Targets below 35900 will be 35700 , 37500 and 35440.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
