High time to buy Aptos

A project which is funded with Binance, meta and big investors is no doubt a strong project. But for Aptos we see price kept locked in 7 to 8.4 price level for the last 5 weeks. What does it interacts? This is the silence before a big strom.
By staying in this price level for a long time this creates doubts among the retailers and new traders. Why does they do so! to make them out of the game and have a clear movements where it should be.
