APT USDT - BREAKOUT v2.0 (corrected idea from earlier)

Breakout is still good - it's just slow to pick up volume thus far with minimal price movement.
Anytime now, APT will likely take off in an upward climb, reversing the recent downtrend as seen on the chart.
