API3 Possible 2nd Leg Up?

Hi all, another new ideas came from API3 this week. Look like its a clean breakout from the downtrend. Pumped and able to sustain on the current level. As per my chart, imo its already breaking out from bullish flag or could potentially breakout from the reaccumulation phase. Short term target should be $4.5 Mid term target sub $6 long term target should be $8-10.
