AIRBUS hat am 15.02.2018 überraschend gute Unternehmenszahlen vorgelegt:

Trotz Problemen Airbus verdreifacht Gewinn
Mit dem Militärtransporter hat Airbus auch im vergangenen Jahr viel Geld verloren. Trotzdem gelang es dem Luft- und Raumfahrtkonzern, seinen Gewinn zu verdreifachen.

Der 1h Chart zeigt sehr beeindruckend, dass die gesamte Shortattacke von Bridgewater, die seit Ende Februar mit zum Absturz der Europäischen Aktienmärkte beigetragen hatte, heute innerhalb von Sekunden mit einem beachtlichen Opening Gap ausgeglichen wurde. Steigt der Kurs von Airbus nur noch marginal an, wird ein neues Allzeithoch erreicht. Die gesamte Shortposition von Bridgewater auf Airbus im Volumen von 411 Mio. Euro rutscht so ins Minus.

Vor dem Kurseinbruch, der Ende Januar 2018 began, lagen nur 8 der von Bridgewater bis dahin bekannten 20 Shorpositionen im Plus. Die Shortposition auf Airbus, TOTAL SA, Allianz und Banca IntesaSanPaolo geben Hinweise darauf, dass die Strategie von Bridgewater nicht solide recherchiert und fundiert sein kann. Die aktuellen Shortpositionen sollen die höchsten in der Geschichte von Bridgewater sein. Wird Bridgewater das Risiko zu hoch, müssen Aktien im Wert von 22 Mrd. Dollar allenfalls in sehr kurzen Zeiträumen zurückgekauft werden. Dies wird sich in den Charts der Einzelwerte und in den Kursen der Indizes bemerkbar machen: In Form steigender Kurse.

Airbus confirms plans to raise A320 output to 63 a month

Airbus (PA:AIR) plans to increase production of single-aisle A320-family aircraft to 63 a month, a company spokesman said, confirming press reports. The production increase, first reported by France's La Tribune, will take effect in 2019, accelerating previous plans to lift output to 60 aircraft a month over the same period. The plans were unveiled to suppliers in a letter earlier this month.
Over the longer term, Airbus is studying plans to raise output of its best-selling jet family to as high as 75 aircraft a month, a source familiar with the company's planning said.

Currently, Airbus is producing 55 a month, the source added.

Airbus Chief Executive Tom Enders has spoken of proposals to raise production to 70 a month over an undefined period, reflecting rising air travel and strong commercial jet demand.
