Finally, a price channel oscillator that works.
I programmed three flavors into this.
The first flavor uses the Fast and Slow EMA to check for the trend to ensure you don't trade in the wrong direction simply because the price crosses the previous highest high or lowest low (based on lookback bars).
The second flavor uses a seven point average of the...
This script aims to help users of Price Action robot, for Smarttbot (brazilian site that automates Brazilian market (B3)).
You can use on any symbol.
The script will follow price action principles. It will calculate the absolute value of last candle and compare with actual candle. Colors are:

I liked the style of one of Noldo's scripts pertaining to Put/Call ratio so I adapted my existing UVol / DVol ratio script using his code from
I am also reducing the number of securities referenced to only Nasdaq which speeds up displaying
The yellow bars are meant to represent stagnant volume, with green / red representing strong up or down volume.
Put lines above and below current price by a specified value. The step value refers to the mintick value of the symbol. (e.g. BTCUSD has a mintick value of 0.01 so if you wanted an increment of $12.50 you would use 1250 for the number of steps between value)
In this script I included 2 quite interesting indicators for Bitcoin:
* NVT (Network Value to Transactions Ratio)
* NVTS (NVT Signal)
Both indicators are based on Bitcoin Network Value (Market Cap) and 24h transaction volume.
For both these values I'm using Quandl datasets from Blockchainc.com:
this is simple volume indicator by price
see the following trend- when the candle is red there is spike in volume before the rise up and next green candle. the indicator will deflect down with green -the stronger the volume the stronger the down deflection, the next bar will be green and strong up.
with down it will be opposite
This is the non-accumulating portion of the price-volume trend (PVT)--the amount by which PVT would change each bar--which I have turned into a zero-centered oscillator. The plot is a 9-day EMA of the PVT change, multiplied by 1000 for readability, with lime/red corresponding to whether the actual PVT increased or decreased for that bar.
As always, the length of...
