Updated version of RSI in candle shape

New features:
- 4 color scheme option (depending on condition, above/below MA and above/below 50% level)
- ability to show RSI in a higher timeframe than the one displayed
- 2 alerts added for RSI cross over on 50% line

To use this script add it in favorites first, then search among your favorites.

Added in this update:
- 2nd slower RSI MA line
- fast and slow RSI MAs crossover signal (by default not displayed) + alerts that could be set
