Blockcircle MTE V3 - Momentum Trading Engine (MTE) is a systematic trading framework built from the collective insights of senior quants, engineers, and data scientists in the Blockcircle alpha community.

It combines a proprietary Altcoin Market Scorecard (tracking 11 real-time market health metrics) with a flexible multi-indicator system - giving you institutional-grade entry/exit logic without the guesswork.

This is a momentum-based trading bot that enters a LONG trade when the momentum is strong riding high in positive territory with significant strength and enters a SHORT trade when the momentum is strong riding low in negative territory.

It primarily uses the T3CCI, EMA, Slow Stochastic, and Heikin-Ashi technical indicators and candle charting types combined with advanced higher-time frame validation and invalidation rules.

There are several configurable ENTER and EXIT conditions, for example, you can enable a trailing stop loss as an exit condition, or invalidate (close) a LONG trade when T3CCI flips back down > than a 10% threshold, etc...

It has endless configurations which generate an immense profit, you can fully customize any strategy for any asset you want using the configurable parameters available, and you can immediately plug it into an actual exchange and let it execute trades automatically for you!

- Latest version published has been thoroughly optimized and re-engineered to perform even better
- Make sure to change the default properties to: Order Size = 100 using the % of Equity and the Commission = 0.02% and Margin for Long Positions and Short Positions to 20%
- Tooltip information is more descriptive
- Default settings are much more accurate and battle-tested

• Updated the parameter values and settings for an even more profitable trading strategy configuration
  
• Updated the default properties, starting initial capital set to $10,000, 100% of equity, using 20% of margin for LONGs and SHORTs, and % transaction processing fees of 0.03% per trade entry and per trade exit
  
• Remember to add custom Time Interval of 12-hour (need paid TradingView plan for this) for SOL/USDT and backtest from Jan 01 - Today 2023, securing 85% Win Rate and minimal drawdown

- This reflects the most profitable trading configuration I have been using and forward testing for a long time

Updated the methodology slightly, adjusted the default leverage to 2X by adjusting the Order Size to 200% Equity, which is much more conservative than other more, aggressive over-leveraged strategies

Important upgrades:

• The default trading strategy and configuration works best on SOL/USDT on Binance on the 12-hour timeframe (this is a custom time period and this requires the TradingView Essential plan to access, minimum)
  
• Significant updates to the alerts mechanism to make it more explicitly clear what is a LONG Entry vs. a LONG Exit and a SHORT Entry vs. a SHORT Exit, set to trigger only once per each candle bar close.
  
• The focus has been on Momentum Trading Engine V2, but this update will streamline the alerts and make them a bit easier to understand.
  
• Bear in mind that if Pyramiding is set to the default of 1, this will result in only one trade being open in the same direction at once, so there will not be concurrent trades, and that the alerts you receive may not match exactly to what you see in the Strategy Analyzer or the Charts view.
