Candle Type w/2Up + 2Dn

Candle Type is based on @robintheblack's "THE STRAT" philosophy and Crinklebine's "candle type" pine script.

This version distinguishes 4 potential candle types:
I = Inside previous bar's range [blue]
O = Outside previous bar's range [black]
U = Up (high is greater than previous bar's range & NOT outside) [green]
D = Down (low is lower than previous bar's range & NOT ouside) [red]
