MultiTF 6 MA

Multitimeframe Moving Averages. It shows MAs in up to 6 Timeframes (more sometimes timeouts on TV side), with future continuation extension. Fully configurable up to 3 lenghts per timeframe.

Supports different MA types and sources.

EMA 21/34/55(off) default

Added more timeframes, and currently supports :
1m, 5m, 15m, 30m, 1h, 2h, 4h, 6h, 8h, 12h, 1D, 2D, 3D, 1W 1M

6h, 8h, 12h, 2D, 3D are default off

Better collors (to better complement other MultiMAs)
