Split Reward Ratio and Date Ranges in their own group.
Added BackTesting TimeFrame check (if checked backtesting will run on specified dates, if not it will run from the earliest date possible).
Added AutoTrade group (to connect to 3commas or Capitalise, alerts in TradingView must be created and alert message should be set with "{{strategy.order.comment}}" value).
