Note that state of RSI flags have nothing to do with the D7 or D7+ scoring strategies. These flags can be used as an extra criteria to reduce/add risk exposure in a position but it is always the user decision to take those o board or not since market mark up while the momentum on the RSI is in decline producing a divergence.

• With this change it remove some of the noise and it also put emphasis on the Neutral score/flags user can always make use of the "Half" Base Length setting.
• Change doesn't affect RSI itself.
