mikul's combo indicator (lite)

This is a lite version of my combo indicator since i have noticed that loading times are quite high.
So I have removed some "nice-to-have-stuff" that might not be used as much.

This indicator includes:
Bollinger bands , Ichimoku cloud , EMA's, SMA's (both with the ability to change between different versions of moving averages and length), Ichimoku cloud signals on conversion-/baseline cross in 2 different ways, as well ass signal for spotting the lagging span 26 periods behind from the last conversion-/base-line cross. It also have SAR and the ability to show MacD cross on the chart.


This indicator is totally free as freedom and as in free beer!
I do this for myself, but I like sharing and I want everyone to have the ability to use what I make no matter your economic situation.

I have tried to optimize the code a bit and have removed over 100 lines of code and created some functions for duplicated code. This should hopefully make for faster load times, fingers crossed!
The only functionality that has been removed is the ability to pick what the moving averages are based upon and is now set to "close" as default since that is the most commonly used for calculating just about anything. That one might come back later on, but for now I will leave it at close.

I have added the fast portion of my T3 EMA Reversal indicator.
It is turned off by default, but can be toggled on or off in the quick toggle in settings.

I've put in the new pine script argument display.pane to get rid of some of the annoying values that takes up the whole chart if you dont turn off display arguments and values in settings.
also added zero lag sma (used toegether with some strategies)

I have fixed some bugs caused by a newer version of pine script.

I have added engulfing candles with RSI or MFI filter.
- Turned of as default.

I have added my BTC log curve indicator to this combo indicator.
